Fox News host Jesse Watters said calling voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election "human error" is the same as saying Pearl Harbor was a "human error."

Watters's remarks came through his Sunday appearance at the Student Action Summit, hosted by Turning Point USA in Florida.

After echoing claims from "hundreds of eye-witnesses" who say they saw ballot packing, backdating of ballots, and voter bullying, Watters condemned the media" for calling fraud "human error."

"All of these things are cut against the president, they never actually help the president. So, when you say that's fraud, the media says it's 'human error.' Now, that would be like calling Pearl Harbor 'human error.' Hundreds of Japanese pilots accidentally crashed into our Pacific fleet at the very same time. No, it's preposterous," he said.

Watters is among many notorious Republicans, including President Trump, who continues alleging claims of election and voter fraud from November's presidential election.

Trump has declined to concede to President-elect Joe Biden since he was first called the winner by media outlets a month ago. Biden's win was secured by the Electoral College last week, which gave him 306 votes compared to Trump's 232.

John Poulos testified by video feed for three hours before the Senate Oversight Committee, surrounded by company attorney Greg Bower.

Dominion, based in Denver, has been at the core of a range of conspiracy theories flying above the Nov. 3 election, many of them related to an election night error in publishing unofficial results from Antrim County, one of 65 Michigan counties that use Dominion equipment.

"These people making baseless claims surely know that they are lies," and are intent on "sowing doubt and confusion over the 2020 presidential election," said Poulos, who was put under oath by Sen. Ed McBroom, R-Vulcan, the committee chair.

Although many who hear the claims do not know that and the disinformation has led to death threats against public officials and Dominion employees, including him and his family, Poulos told the committee.

"We have yet to see our critics make their allegations under oath, as I am doing here today," affirmed Poulos, who did not appear excited by lawmaker questions.
