A retired three-star general is maintaining his assertions that U.S. special operation forces died during an attack on a CIA computer agency in Germany that was keeping away data about an attempt to shift votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden, even though top Army officials have massively dismissed that such an attack happened.

Retired Air Force Lt. General Thomas McInerney's allegations about the move have been massively flooding across social media platforms, with conspiracy theorists even suggesting that five soldiers killed in a Sinai helicopter crash had actually died in the clash with the CIA.

But both U.S. Army and U.S. Army Special Operations Command dismissed that such an attack happened, the Military Times reports.

"The allegations are false," a USASOC spokesperson stated. The last deadly conflict that the command had was when two soldiers died in a helicopter crash in California in August while the most recent Special Forces combat deaths came from an inner crime that killed two in Afghanistan in February.

The claims were named "definitely false" by an Army spokesman.

McInerney has not given proof as to the origins of his theories, nor did he recognize the claims from Army higher ups. Though he continues to press on the claims.

"President Trump won in a landslide and the Dems left so many footprints that this TREASON must be stopped!!!," he declared. "This will be the last free election we have and I predicted it on 2 Nov on the Steve Bannon Show!"

McInerney maintained, during an interview with Worldview Radio & WVW-TV, that Army Special Forces soldiers were killed in Frankfurt, Germany, in a dispute with CIA who were protecting a server farm run by the agency that supposedly contained proof of so-called election fraud at the hands of Dominion.

During the interview, McInerney asserted that Trump and attorney Sidney Powell have "got the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion working with them, because in all of this, we have not seen any footprints of the DOJ or the FBI, nor the CIA on the friendly side."

He then followed up, asserting that the special forces managed to capture the secret CIA farm.

"In addition, the U.S. special forces command seized a server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, because they were sending this data from those six states through the internet to Spain and then into Frankfurt, Germany," McInerney said to Howse. "Special operation forces seized those facilities, so they have those servers and they know all this data they are providing."

He continued: "I've heard it didn't go down without incident, and I haven't been able to verify it. I want to be careful about that. It's just coming out, but I understand — my initial report is — that there were U.S. soldiers killed in that operation. Now, that was a CIA operation, and so that's the very worrisome thing."
