Jackson Women’s Health Organization, ruling Mississippi can maintain its law banning abortion after 15 weeks of gestation. In addition to Alito, those voting in favor were Amy Coney Barrett, Clarence Thomas , Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Chief Justice John Roberts.
