The Joe Rogan Experience podcaster and his guest David Smith, comedian and Part of the Problem podcast host, called Trudeau out for supposedly betraying the very people who were once called heroes during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"You're in the demonized class, all of a sudden," Smith added. "And, isn't it something that so many of these people, like, say, the nurses who are unvaccinated, the truck drivers who don't like the mandates — they were the heroes. These were the essential workers … who worked for a year and a half during the pandemic, and they didn't wanna get the shot, and now, all of a sudden, 'You're outta there!'"

Rogan has been fighting his own battle against cancel culture amid criticism surrounding controversial interviews with doctors who have spoken out against COVID-19 vaccines and his past use of the N-word.
