The contract, worth a staggering $374 million, has been granted to MVM, a firm that identifies itself as a provider of "public safety and national security" services. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate the transportation of unaccompanied minors across the United States.
According to The Post Millennial, the whistleblower, Clarissa Rippee, a Contract Specialist with the General Services Administration (GSA), shared this information with investigative journalist James O’Keefe. Rippee expressed her deep concern, stating, “My line in the sand moment was when I found out that GSA had awarded a contract to a company to transport unaccompanied minors.” She further revealed the shocking details of the $347 million contract awarded to MVM for the same purpose.

Rippee, who had recently accepted a promotion, described her reaction to the news as akin to a physical blow. “It felt like someone kicked me in the gut,” she said. She also pointed out that the Biden-Harris administration has been flying illegal immigrants to their preferred locations within the country.

In his video interview with Rippee, O’Keefe highlighted that "within the last nine months, MVM has received over $129 million from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), $719 million in total from DHS overall.” Rippee further elaborated on the disturbing reality of the situation, stating, “But as I continued to read the documents that I found online, I found that these are the illegal immigrants, minors who are coming over without their parents, without anyone that they knew, being shifted every hour of the day, especially like late at night, when we are all asleep in our beds and our children are safe at home.”

Rippee's revelations paint a grim picture of the treatment of these children, who she says are treated like “commodities," or "like potato chips on a truck.” She described the contract as a "big money business” that allows the federal government to transport these migrant children, often separated from their families, under inhumane conditions.

Rippee, deeply moved by the plight of these children, felt compelled to bring this issue to light. “What you know, you cannot unknow," she told O’Keefe, adding, “It’s about the children, and it’s my duty now to speak up.” She also expressed her concern that such practices have become commonplace under the Biden-Harris administration. “It’s just an accepted part of the bureaucracy. But the reality is, this is exploitation, and it has to stop.” Rippee's courageous exposure of this issue follows another O’Keefe exclusive, an interview with Customs and Border Protection agent Zachary Apotheker.
