A 60-year-old woman, Dulce Huertas, who was a passenger on a Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia, is now facing federal charges following her recorded in-flight meltdown.

The incident involved her undressing in the cabin, using profanity towards the crew, and allegedly issuing death threats to other passengers.

According to a federal complaint obtained by The Post, Huertas consumed two cocktails during the flight on November 20. As the plane was preparing to land in Philadelphia, she stood up from her seat and declared, "I have to pee."

A flight attendant, referred to as "R.G." in the document, instructed her to sit down. However, Huertas responded with a barrage of curses before eventually complying. The complaint, signed by FBI Special Agent Kyle Kapron, further details that "After the plane landed and was taxiing to the gate, Huertas began cursing at passengers around her." Consequently, R.G. requested another flight attendant, M.P., to call for security assistance at the arrival gate.

The captain was informed about the unruly passenger and made an announcement instructing all passengers to remain seated. Upon reaching the gate, Huertas allegedly shoved other passengers aside as she moved to the front of the cabin. She attempted to approach the lavatory but was halted by the crew.

Huertas then apologized to the passengers before pulling down her pants and underwear, squatting as if to urinate in the aisle, as stated in the complaint. A fellow passenger, Julie Voshell Hartman, captured the shocking incident on video and shared it on Facebook.

The complaint further mentions that "Huertas displayed her anus and genitalia" in front of the passengers, some of whom were children. The person filming the incident can be heard saying "That poor boy next to us," seemingly referring to a young boy across the aisle who witnessed the woman's explicit display.

Despite her posture, Huertas did not urinate on the floor. She pulled her pants and underwear back up but allegedly continued to curse at the passengers. The affidavit states that Huertas tried to move to the front of the plane again, telling another flight attendant, S.K., "Let me pass, let me pass." The crew, however, were occupied at the door.

M.P. expressed concern that Huertas might open one of the external doors and activate an emergency slide. "In her attempt to get past S.K., Huertas used her belly to bump S.K.," the complaint adds. When she was unsuccessful, she allegedly continued to yell, curse, and threatened to kill several passengers.

Huertas is now facing charges of indecent exposure in the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States, interference with flight crew members and attendants, and simple assault, according to the complaint filed on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
