Basketball legend LeBron James claimed to have not seen any tears from Kyle Rittenhouse while he cried during his testimony, saying he ate "lemon heads" before it.

He taunted the 18-year-old, who broke into tears on the stand Wednesday while presenting his story of what happened the night of Aug. 25, 2020, amid rioting over the shooting of Jacob Blake, who is Black.

"What tears????? I didn't see one. Man knock it off!" James said in a quote tweet that included footage of Rittenhouse crying. "That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court. ???"

Rittenhouse, then 17, left from his home in Illinois to Kenosha, Wisconsin, supposedly to protect local businesses from vandalism and looting. The teen came armed with a rifle.

The protests came two days after the shooting of Blake, who was shot and wounded after not complying with police during a stop. He ended up paralyzed.

Rittenhouse is charged with shooting and killing two activists, Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz. He could not control the tears while testifying Wednesday. "I didn't do anything wrong — I was defending myself," he said.

He is charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree homicide and one count of attempted homicide, possession of a weapon at an age younger than 18, and reckless endangerment.

In a tweet one year ago, David Hancock slammed President Joe Biden on "The Ingraham Angle" Tuesday evening for casting Rittenhouse as a White supremacist. "Don't forget the candidate for the U.S. President himself last year before the election called Kyle Rittenhouse a White supremacist. Joe Biden called him a White supremacist; that is appalling. I can't even gauge how wrong that is."

The spokesperson also blasted the media for getting the facts wrong about the Rittenhouse case.

"The media has been absolutely irresponsible and purely abhorrent with this entire situation. They are parroting the same false information time after time. They even do it to this day. No, he didn't cross state lines with a weapon. That was known last year. The media doesn't care for accurate information. It's appalling," he said. "It's almost as if they don't want to know the facts. Then they will have to tell the truth."

"I didn't do anything wrong. I defended myself," Rittenhouse said while on the stand. "I did what I had to do to stop the person who was attacking me."

Rittenhouse always planned to take the stand, according to Hancock. "He has a story and the facts are entirely in his camp. The truth is that in his camp you can't go wrong when every single fact lines up in your camp, right? So he wanted to get on the stand and he wanted that. And I thought he did a fantastic job."
