Representative Greg Murphy, a practicing urologist from North Carolina, has suggested that Biden's sudden vigor could be attributed to the use of stimulants. In an interview with Fox News, Murphy stated, "Joe Biden must’ve been jacked up on something that day. I absolutely believe that from a medical viewpoint, and actually have a little bit of good knowledge that that happened."

Murphy's comments were based on his observations during the State of the Union address. He noted that Biden, who usually struggles to maintain focus and coherence, was able to stand under the lights for an extended period and deliver a two-hour speech without faltering.

When asked to clarify his statement, Murphy responded, "I believe they gave him something to help him sustain the lights and sustain the vigor that he had. That was not Joe Biden. He screamed for two hours. And maybe we can talk offline and I’ll show you something that I think that proves that."

Murphy also suggested that Biden's appearance is being manipulated to hide his age and physical condition. He pointed out a recent photograph of Biden without makeup, where a surgical scar from a facelift was visible. "He is being manufactured and puppeteered by the Democratic Party to be president of the United States. And I fully believe that has to do sometimes with pharmacology," Murphy said.

This is not the first time such allegations have been made. Former President Donald Trump has previously suggested that Biden might be using stimulants to enhance his performance. Carole Lieberman, a forensic psychiatrist based in Beverly Hills, has also expressed similar views.

In a report published by PJMedia, Lieberman stated, "If you look at how Joe Biden usually is — slow and stumbling — compared to how he was during the State of the Union — fiery and angry — these are signs that are typical for someone taking Adderall or any amphetamine."

Democrats, however, have defended Biden's performance during the State of the Union address, arguing that it demonstrated his physical and mental fitness for office. Lieberman, who has not personally examined Biden, suggested that the President could have been under the influence of Adderall or a similar stimulant during his address. She described Biden's speech as a "word salad on speed," noting his frequent gestures, slurred words, and unusually fast speech.

Lieberman, who works with elderly dementia patients, told the Washington Times that Biden displayed behaviors indicative of stimulant usage to conceal cognitive decline. She warned that such drugs are addictive and dangerous, as they only treat symptoms rather than boosting brain function.

"The emotional volatility is a sign of dementia and was amped up because of the Adderall or amphetamine they gave him. He wasn’t just talking loudly. He was shouting in a room where everyone could hear him and he had a microphone," she said.
