On Tuesday, Triece’s lawyers filed a lawsuit saying the only factor that disqualifies school volunteers is a criminal record, and Triece does not have that.
Triece assisted in lab assignments and involved parties in the OCPS’s ADDition volunteer program. She said she always dressed appropriately on Sand Lake Elementary school grounds.
According to Fox Business, the anonymous email was sent about 18 months ago to the school’s principal, Kathleen Phillips. It said Triece created and posted adult content on OnlyFans, reported by the Orlando Sentinel.

The Sentinel reported that Triece’s lawyer, Mark NeJame, said, “It’s like having a scarlet letter on her head. What she does in her off time is not illegal, yet we have a morality police with the Orange County school board and whatever administrators made this horrific decision.”

Triece has managed web pages since 2016 on social media sites without sexually explicit content. That and her sexually explicit OnlyFans content were no secret.
OCPS spokesperson Michael Ollendorff would not comment when asked about the school district not fully explaining the reason for Triece’s ban to her. He did say it was the school district’s protocol not to discuss pending litigation.

The banned mom said, “It’s never been clarified to me. They never said what I could and couldn’t do. Her lawyers, NeJame and his partner John Zielinski believe the ban indicates it reaches “any type of school function.” Because of this, Triece said she avoids school sporting events and other school activities.

This most recent lawsuit isn’t the first brought against the school system by Triece. In January 2021, lawyers tried to have the ban reversed. Circuit Judge Paetra Brownlee ruled against Triece, stating she “does not have an unequivocal legal right to participate” in the school’s volunteer program.

Now, Triece and her attorneys have taken a different tact. The lawsuit alleges explicit images attached to the anonymous email were “circulated…to OCPS staff and employees that were not in need of the information.”
The Sentinel reported Triece said, “I was a little bit in shock, honestly. You’re already in a situation that’s not fair, to begin with, and…there’s emails of your images being sent out not only within each other but also to media. It’s just wild to me.”
