Kathy Griffin accused CNN of 'misogyny and ageism' after keeping Jeffery Toobin despite his Zoom masturbation and mistress scandals, yet firing her over a controversial image.

The View co-host Ana Navarro asked Griffin for her reaction to Rep. Paul Gosar getting a 'pass' after tweeting an anime video depicting him killing his colleague Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and attacking President Joe Biden with two swords.

Dodging the question, Griffin turned the conversation to her frustration with 'misogyny and ageism.'

"I think there’s another conversation that we’re not ready to have yet in this country, unfortunately," she responded.

"We’re hopefully making some strides, finally, with race. We’re having conversations, at least. But I think that we haven’t really talked about the level of misogyny and ageism that went along with all of that," Griffin said.

"I mean, I got canned from CNN, which hurt me personally because I had loved that gig," she admitted.

She then cited Toobin's continued employment with the network despite his previous scandals and his recent comments on the Supreme Court's hearing which could potentially overturn Roe v. Wade.

"Then for me to watch Jeffrey Toobin talking about woman’s choice after he masturbated on a Zoom call, which I know sounds funny but maybe it wasn’t so funny for the other ladies who worked at The Atlantic [this is incorrect; he worked for The New Yorker] that had to see that."

"When a guy does something, we joke about it and I do believe there is a double standard," she concluded.

Griffin co-hosted CNN's annual New Year's Eve coverage until she was fired in May 2017, following a shock-value photo shoot that depicted her holding then-President Donald Trump's blood-gushing severed head.

She was publicly criticized by many and lost endorsement deals for the stunt.

Toobin was placed on an eight-month suspension from CNN and fired from The New Yorker after he was caught and admitted to masturbating on a Zoom call with his New Yorker colleagues.

Toobin still maintains that he believed he had muted himself on the Zoom call and was no longer visible, though he went on to say that he had spent 'seven miserable months' off-air "trying to be a better person." He revealed that he had been in therapy and had spent time volunteering.

He has also come under fire for reportedly pressuring his mistress Casey Greenfield - a colleague's daughter - to have an abortion, and offering to fund it, in 2008 while he was married to Amy Bennett McIntosh.

Despite the disturbing scandals, CNN reinstated Toobin in his role in June.

Toobin was dragged on social media Wednesday after tweeting that the Supreme Court's ruling, which may prohibit a women's 'right to choose,' was a 'wall-to-wall disaster,' as critics slammed the legal analyst over his previous scandals.

Critics called him out for previous scandals and accused him of mistreating women and failing to take responsibility for his actions.
