“One time, I met him in my office, and one time when we had the party,” Giuliani said.
Giuliani’s monologue came after he on Friday claimed that Biden “doesn’t belong” in New York City for the 20th anniversary of the twin tower terror attacks.
“President Biden shouldn’t come here,” the former mayor said during a WABC radio 9/11 remembrance at the station’s studio in Midtown. “He doesn’t belong here.”
