Cuomo’s office did not respond to a request to clarify whether or not he would take the lie detector test he required of Kavanaugh now that sexual harassment charges have been made upon him, according to the New York Post.
This week, former Cuomo aide Lindsey Boylan went public with new information regarding a charge that she underwent “pervasive harassment” from the New York Democrat that involved unwanted touching, kissing, and a demand to play “strip poker.”
"I'm compelled to tell my story because no woman should feel forced to hide their experiences of workplace intimidation, harassment and humiliation — not by the Governor or anyone else," Boylan announced in an essay published Wednesday.

Boylan, who is currently running for Manhattan borough president, wrote in a set of December tweets that Cuomo "sexually harassed me for years."
"I could never anticipate what to expect: would I be grilled on my work (which was very good) or harassed about my looks. Or would it be both in the same conversation? This was the way for years," she wrote.

"He was seated facing me, so close our knees almost touched. His press aide was to my right and a state trooper behind us," Boylan said of the experience. Girouard said "there was no flight where Lindsey was alone with the Governor, a single press aide, and a NYS Trooper."

Cuomo’s office has dismissed the claims, naming them “quite simply false.”
In 2018, throughout the Kavanaugh hearing, Cuomo demanded that the judge be subjected to a lie detector test to determine his innocence in the face of sexual misconduct charges.
“Here is one basic fact that badly hurts Judge Kavanaugh: Why won’t he take a polygraph? Dr. Ford did,” Cuomo challenged. “If he does not take a polygraph test, it is the ultimate, ‘he said, she said.’”

Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley asked publicly last year if Cuomo would be troubled himself by “difficult questions” about his lie detector demand.

“The Kavanaugh controversy could raise difficult questions for Cuomo who not only insisted that Dr. Ford must be believed but demanded that Kavanaugh take a polygraph examination,” Turley announced in December when the first news of Boylan’s accusations broke. “It is not clear if Cuomo will now follow his own standard.”
