Conway, along with other disgruntled Republicans, established this anti-Trump Political Action Committee (PAC) in response to their vehement opposition to President Donald Trump’s actions and statements.
According to RedState, Conway was invited to the show to criticize Trump and his administration, as well as the first month of Trump’s second term. The show was co-hosted by Simone Sanders, former chief spokesperson and senior advisor for Vice President Kamala Harris.

The discussion revolved around the Trump administration’s alleged attempts to discredit America’s legal system, with accusations of judges being secret Democratic activists and suggestions that the administration could ignore court rulings altogether.

Conway, known for his bitterness, wasted no time in launching his attack. “Donald Trump is a criminal sociopath. You tick off the definition of a sociopath: They don’t want to obey laws; they don’t want to obey rules; they don’t think they apply to them; and Donald Trump has no moral conscience and no empathy. He does not care about anybody else other than Donald Trump, which is why in his first term, he said, ‘Article Two lets me do whatever I want,’ Article Two of the Constitution,” he stated.
However, it’s worth noting that President Joe Biden has also been accused of ignoring the Supreme Court on the issue of student loan forgiveness, effectively transferring contractual debt to American taxpayers. Biden had also promised not to pardon his son, Hunter Biden, but later granted him a full and unconditional pardon, along with pardons for his brother James and other members of the so-called “Biden Crime Family.”

Conway continued his tirade, stating, “The first Trump term, which I call ‘S***show One,’ was an assault on the rule of law, but it was only — it was like cancer. It was like a Stage 1, maybe Stage 2. We got to Stage 2 right around January 6th. And he was a threat to the rule of law. And then he went into remission. Now he’s back.

However, Michael McKenna, former deputy assistant to the president and deputy director of the Office of Legislative Affairs at the White House, contradicted Conway’s claim in an op-ed published by The Washington Times. He pointed out that the Constitution does not explicitly state whether the president must spend all the money appropriated, leaving room for interpretation.

Conway also criticized Elon Musk, Trump’s director of his new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He predicted that the Trump administration would eventually reach ‘Stage 4,’ where it would openly defy court orders and the rule of law, leading to the death of democracy and constitutionalism.

This support was not only a testament to their belief in Trump but also a reflection of their dissatisfaction with the radicalization of the Democratic Party. Therefore, while Conway’s criticisms may be fervent, they do not necessarily reflect the views of the majority of Americans.
