As reported by Fox News, the meeting took place at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, where both Austin and Zelenskyy seized the opportunity to appeal to the incoming Trump administration to continue backing Kyiv's resistance against Russia. Austin, in a stark warning, stated, "If Putin swallows Ukraine, his appetite will only grow." He further cautioned that if autocrats perceive democracies as weak, it could lead to more territorial seizures, increased aggression, and potential war.
