While serving as the Department of Defense Chief of Staff, he played a part in ending the so-called 'forever wars.'
McCabe's real concern seems to be that Patel will return the FBI to its original mission of investigating and prosecuting genuine criminals and criminal organizations, thereby ending the misuse of the FBI to target innocent Americans.
