The footage, shared by the account Stop Antisemitism earlier this month, prompted viewers to identify the woman in the video. When confronted by the individual filming, Sutherland did not verbally respond but instead struck his phone, seemingly in an attempt to halt the recording. The man subsequently accused her of assault. "That’s assault actually. You know that, right?” he said to Sutherland, who merely smiled and walked away.

Despite the incident, Sutherland's punishment was reportedly minimal. She was required to complete a multicultural training course and received a disciplinary memo, a source revealed to the outlet.
