In a recent episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience," the host, Joe Rogan, launched a scathing critique against billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates, accusing him and others who gained financially during the COVID-19 pandemic of causing extensive damage.

Rogan's main contention was with Gates' early endorsement of COVID-19 vaccines, which he argues were promoted prematurely, before their full effects were comprehended.

According to Conservative Daily News, Rogan expressed his dissatisfaction with Gates' public health messaging during the pandemic, stating, "Bill Gates, who’s on television telling everybody, get the vaccine. You won’t get Covid. And then afterward, that didn’t work after he had unloaded all of his stock." Rogan's criticism extends beyond Gates' promotion of vaccines, as he also holds the tech mogul accountable for the ripple effects of his decisions during the pandemic.

Rogan further stated, "It turns out Covid wasn’t as bad as we thought it was. Well, you guys are really responsible for a bunch of people taking a medication that was unproven." He also accused Gates and others of causing a series of societal disruptions, saying, "You’re responsible for all the side effects. You’re responsible for all these, and you’re responsible for fearmongering, lying, closing down businesses, [out] there ruining economies, changing the political structure of the country."

In 2020, Gates criticized U.S. leaders for prioritizing economic recovery over saving lives during the coronavirus pandemic. He urged politicians to focus on controlling the virus, cautioning against overlooking the human cost in favor of reopening businesses. Later that year, Gates expressed his confidence in the safety and efficacy of an FDA-approved vaccine, just before Pfizer and BioNTech sought emergency use authorization for their vaccine candidates.
