Pinola Pop's admission could result in a seven-year prison sentence, mandatory registration as a sex offender, and potential deportation.
As reported by The Post Millennial, Pinola Pop's guilty plea was entered during an August 15 court hearing presided over by Judge James Farrell. The charge, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, is classified as a Class D violent felony sex offense. The sentencing is slated for October 10. The District Attorney’s office revealed that on September 25, 2023, Pinola Pop "subjected a seven-year-old child to sexual contact with his hands and penis on her vagina." The young victim confided in her mother about the incident, who then relayed the information to a community member. This individual alerted the police, leading to Pinola Pop's arrest on October 13 of the same year. Pinola Pop subsequently confessed to the crime to Kingston Police.

This comes as former President Trump's border wall, which Vice President Harris once labeled as “un-American” and a “medieval vanity project," is under scrutiny. Meanwhile, California is on the brink of becoming the first state in America to offer illegal immigrants up to $150,000 in taxpayer-funded loans, a move that has sparked heated debate.
