In a tragic turn of events, a man who was hit by a steel roller coaster at an Ohio amusement park last week has succumbed to his injuries.

The incident occurred after the man ventured into a restricted area to recover his misplaced keys.

Arntanaro Nelson, a 38-year-old resident of Wilmington, trespassed into a fenced-off zone at Kings Island on Wednesday night, as reported by The Associated Press. The park authorities discovered Nelson on the ground, critically injured. He was rushed to a hospital where he passed away on Friday.

The Hamilton County coroner's office has classified Nelson's death as a "suspected accident." However, the circumstances surrounding his death are still under investigation. The announcement of his unfortunate demise was made on Monday.

Mason police have revealed that Nelson lost his keys while enjoying a ride on the Banshee, an inverted roller coaster where the carriage hangs from the track. In an attempt to retrieve his keys, Nelson entered the restricted area and was hit by the roller coaster. No other injuries were reported in this incident.
