In a recent exposé by O'Keefe Media Group (OMG), a senior executive at The Walt Disney Company was caught on camera discussing the company's discriminatory hiring practices.

The video, released on Thursday, features Michael Giordano, a Vice President of Business Affairs at Disney, candidly admitting to the company's bias against white male candidates.

According to Gateway Pundit, Giordano was recorded telling an undercover journalist from OMG, "Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they’re not considering any white males for the job. There’s no way we’re hiring a white male." This revelation raises serious questions about the company's commitment to equal opportunity employment and its adherence to federal non-discrimination laws.

Giordano further disclosed that Disney employs "code words and buzzwords" to circumvent potential legal repercussions. He even recounted an instance where a candidate was turned down for not appearing "black enough." He stated, "We wanted to hire somebody in the department a few years ago now, who was half black but didn’t appear half black. And there was a creative executive who was like, ‘We're not, that’s not, that’s not what’s wanted.' They wanted somebody in meetings who would appear a certain way and he wasn’t gonna bring that to the meeting."

The Disney executive also revealed that the company incentivizes its executives to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, agreeing that "diversity helps with financial incentives."

Giordano also shared some of the possible 'code words' or 'buzz words' used, such as "We’re not looking for the usual suspects for the job," and "I’m looking to hire writers and actors who bring diversity. I’m not looking to bring on any more clients who are white."

In a startling personal admission, Giordano confessed to the OMG reporter that he has been overlooked for promotions due to his race. He also predicted that Disney's discriminatory hiring practices will inevitably lead to a lawsuit.

As the public awaits the release of The Disney Tapes Part 2, these revelations have already sparked a heated debate about the fairness and legality of Disney's hiring practices.
