In response, Yoon promised that North Korea would "pay the price for its reckless provocations." However, the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned earlier this week that any attempt to force the country into denuclearizing would be equivalent to a declaration of war. Jo, a ministry representative, stated, "The pressure on the DPRK to dismantle its nukes precisely means a declaration of war."
