He ascribed the need to do so to a need to dismantle the globalist Biden establishment, which he believes is responsible for the United States' never-ending wars.

He urged a comprehensive reevaluation of NATO's purpose and mission, as well as a reassessment of what he saw as the foreign policy establishment's wrongful focus on Russia as the United States' greatest threat. "We have to finish the process we began under my Administration of fundamentally reevaluating NATO's purpose and NATO's mission," Trump continued. "Our foreign policy establishment keeps trying to pull the world into conflict with a nuclear-armed Russia based on the lie that Russia represents our greatest threat."

In his remarks, Trump argued that the greatest threat to Western Civilization today is not Russia but rather the United States itself, particularly President Joe Biden's failure to keep cities safe, the collapse of the nuclear family and fertility rates, and the spread of Marxist ideology and globalist class.

"These globalists want to squander all of America's strength, blood and treasure, chasing monsters and phantoms overseas—while keeping us distracted from the havoc they're creating right here at home. These forces are doing more damage to America than Russia and China could ever have dreamed," Trump said. He then went on to call for the eviction of the "sick and corrupt establishment," contending that he alone is qualified to do the job.
