Comedian Alex Stein has filed a lawsuit against AOC, and it’s for blocking him on Twitter.

This sounds like a frivolous lawsuit, but he points out to the suit that President Donald Trump violated the constitutional rights of people he blocked on social media.

Stein says that it’s because he is a patriot. According to The Post Millennial, “‘I love and care about this country so much,’ Stein told The Post Millennial, ‘that I can put aside my political differences and try to come to the table with all politicians, especially AOC because we align on more things than she probably thinks and I want to be able to communicate with her through Twitter because it’s the modern-day digital town hall and political free speech is the most important protected speech in my opinion.’”

The one case against Trump was overturned in 2021, but he was back to being a citizen at that point. AOC previously blocked Dov Hikind, and she wound up settling with him and issuing him an apology. They ruled that Trump violated people’s first amendment because he was President then. Stein doesn’t have that same precedent to rely on.

We also must consider that Stein was blocked in July 2022 after what he said to AOC. According to Post Millennial, he said, “My favorite big booty Latina, I love you AOC, you’re my favorite. She wants to kill babies, but she’s still beautiful. You look very beautiful in that dress.

You look very sexy. Look at that booty on AOC. That’s my favorite big booty, Latina. I love it. My favorite AOC. Nice to meet you. Look how sexy she looks in that dress.”

While AOC initially looked flattered, she then called the comments disgusting. Stein said it was a compliment and she was blocking him from exercising his First Amendment, which she can’t legally do. He’s not seeking money, though. Instead, he wants to be able to talk to her.
