The young boy in the video is wearing a pink, sparkling cheerleading costume. The woman recording him, whose identity is still unknown, inquires if he perceives himself as a boy or girl. He answers that he identifies as a girl, and when prodded further, he states that he believes boys are “nasty” and “gross” because “they’re not pretty.”

The text in the video claims that "Evan" has not indicated he identifies as trans but has clarified he does not identify only as a boy. Evan appears to be around three to four years old.

The woman ran her hand through Evan's long hair, which was braided into pigtails, and inquired if he felt more female, to which he responded affirmatively. She then repeated her question, "So you feel more like a girl?" and Evan nodded in agreement.

The adult in the video suggests that boys who favor pink and sparkles should be told that they can be girls. In trans activism, there are numerous well-known cases of young males being socially transitioned to females and steered towards medical treatment at puberty.

Famous influencer, Jazz Jennings, the star of the reality series "I Am Jazz," has become a household name. Jennings experienced gender nonconformity from an early age, prompting their parents to pursue social and medical transition.

Unfortunately, Jennings faced complications after the vaginoplasty surgery and developed an eating disorder. Dr. Marci Bowers, President of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health), recently declared that male children whose puberty is blocked at an early age will not have the same sexual functions like adults do.

Another example is Rebekah, born male, and transitioned in their youth. The parents, Jamie and Christopher Bruesehoff have become strong supporters of transformations related to gender for minors.

Rebekah shared that she "felt like [she] was a girl" due to her affinity for the color pink, as well as her fondness for female-specific attire and hairstyles. She went on to say that she is a girl "in [her] head and [her] heart."

It has been suggested by many that homophobia has a part to play in some parents transitioning their young children.

An example of this is Kai Shappley, whose parents were so against the idea of having a gay son that they decided to transition him. Kai's mother has gone on record to talk about how she looked into conversion therapy and attempted to apply it to her son during his early years. She and her husband have also admitted to punishing Shappley for playing with "girl toys."

Kai has become well-known for advocating for the ability of minors to undergo sex changes and for children to have the right to enter places that align with their self-perception and not their physical form.

At the soon-to-be-closed Tavistock gender clinic in London, reports have been made that some homophobic parents are trying to "trans away the gay," which has raised questions about the safety and viability of the clinic.

Adam Coleman, a columnist for Human Events, commented on the video, suggesting that a form of Munchausen by proxy may have been involved. This mental illness, in which a guardian fabricates or instigates an illness in the child in order to receive attention and compassion, was labeled by Coleman as "Munchausen by progressive."
