Millionaire Senator Bernie Sanders has a new book tour for his book “It’s Okay to Be Angry About Capitalism.”

The event is scheduled to take place on March 1. Ironically, tickets are almost $100.

The Daily Caller states, “‘Senator Bernie Sanders takes on the billionaire class and speaks blunt truths about our country’s failure to address the destructive nature of a system that is fueled by uncontrolled greed and rigidly committed to prioritizing corporate profits over the needs of ordinary Americans,’ according to Penguin Random House.”

However, many wonder if this is a precursor to another run for President. It’s surprisingly common for presidential candidates to release a book before an election.

Mike Pompeo, Nikki Haley, and Mike Pence released books well before the 2024 election. Ron DeSantis also has a book coming out in late February, just days after the release of Sanders’ book, which is on February 21.

Bernie Sanders claims to be for the people and has a lot to say about capitalism, but he had zero objection to accepting thousands of dollars from Big Tech during his last presidential run. According to the Daily Caller, “Sanders’ campaign received $963,943 from Alphabet, Inc., $781,837 from Amazon, $480,498 from Apple, and $430,804 from Microsoft.”

So, the millionaire socialist has zero problems when capitalist companies are handing him over $2 million for a Presidential campaign. The book itself is going to cost you around $30. And, on top of that, for another $95, you can listen to him tell you how screwed up capitalism is in person.

I’m dying to know if the left sees the irony in this entire situation or will bury their heads in the sand and pretend it isn’t happening as they usually do. I’m also curious about how many people are buying those tickets.
