The Daily Wire reports, “‘The President’s use of procurement regulations to reach through an employing contractor to force obligations on individual employees is truly unprecedented,’ the ruling concluded. ‘Executive Order 14042 is unlawful, and the Plaintiff States have consequently demonstrated a strong likelihood of success on the merits.’”

That wasn’t all the ruling said. The ruling also had a few sentences about Biden’s overreaching. Americans know that Biden is not the law, but it’s setting a massive precedent for a court ruling to state the same thing.
