For some strange reason, the liberals thought they could get away with forcing conservatives to give up their right to bear arms in church.
The Daily Wire reported, “A Trump-appointed judge in New York last week blocked a gun law from taking effect and took Democrats to task for trying to ‘eviscerate the Bill of Rights.’ U.S. District Judge John Sinatra Jr. issued an injunction blocking a gun law that bars people in New York from bearing arms in places of worship.”

The law violates the constitutional right that people have to bear arms. The judge went on to state that “The court reiterates that ample Supreme Court precedent addressing the individuals’ right to keep and bear arms – from Heller and McDonald to its June 2022 decision in [New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen] – dictates that New York’s new place of worship restriction is equally unconstitutional.”

The Democrats are missing the mark this midterm election cycle. They are more concerned with grabbing power than representing the people. They have no idea what people want to see in the coming years.

The judge also stated, “The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the Status quo – not 2022 legislation on the books for nine weeks. Legislative enactments may not eviscerate the Bill of Rights. Every day they do is one too many. The nation’s history does not countenance such an incursion into the right to keep and bear arms across all places of worship across the state. The right to self-defense is no less important and no less recognized at these places.”
The state law will not be able to take effect because of the injunction placed on it by the judge. The court has saved the day and stopped the liberals from taking freedom away from the people.
