Law enforcement in Montana requests that President Joe Biden take action over the number of deaths by Fentanyl overdose. Austin Knudsen is the Montana Attorney General leading the fight to get the federal government to declare the drug Fentanyl “a weapon of mass destruction.”

It is estimated that 75,000 people have died from a Fentanyl overdose in one year. Blaze Media reported that Knudsen stated, “Enough Fentanyl has been seized in the last year to kill every man, woman, and child in the United States several times over. Indeed, given Fentanyl’s lethality, the amounts being interdicted and seized are inconsistent with what one would expect from drug trafficking activity and are indicative of either purposeful conspiracy to murder Americans or an effort to stockpile a dangerous chemical weapon.”

The drug is easy to produce, which makes it a good option for people that struggle with drug addiction. Knudsen and leaders from several other law enforcement agencies are asking the President to take drastic action to help stop the drug attack.

The letter sent to the President stated,” ‘Treating this solely as a narcotics control problem has failed to curb the proliferation of increasing quantities of chemicals that can cause a mass casualty event. Your DEA Administrator has called Fentanyl ‘the deadliest threat [the DEA] ha[s] ever seen.’ We should treat it as such — thus bold action must be taken.’”

Joe Biden and his administration have yet to respond to the letter. The President is content to let drugs flow over the border because he sees it as an opportunity to let illegals have their way with the country.

People are dying at a horrible rate because of drug overdose. The President’s border opening gave the drug lords precisely what they needed to ramp up production within the United States.
