Harris was in Louisiana over the weekend to attend Essence Fest, a music festival and political event concentrated on social matters, especially those affecting Black women. Harris partook in a 30-minute interview at the event, and social media ridiculed her for sitting under a sign that misspelled Louisiana right under the vice-presidential seal.
"Vice President Kamala Harris. New Orleans Lousiana," the sign read, neglecting that the letter "i" occurs twice in the state's name.

Neither Harris nor the interviewer addressed the typo throughout their talk.
Social media users were quick to harp on the misspelling.
"It's a perfect metaphor for her entire administration," wrote one Twitter user.
Harris and interviewer Keke Palmer discussed racial matters as well as the recent Supreme Court choice overturning Roe v. Wade. Harris denounced the ruling and argued it is part of America's history of claiming "ownership over human bodies."

"We have to recognize we’re a nation that was founded on certain principles that are — that are grounded in the concept of freedom and liberty," Harris stated. "We also know that we’ve had a history in this country of government — trying to claim ownership over human bodies."

Meanwhile, The Democratic National Committee (DNC) slashed their price for a photo with Harris at a women’s forum amid the veep’s cratering approval rating.
Harris was slated to appear at the DNC’s Women’s Leadership Forum this year as a headliner with a reported $15,000 price tag for a picture with the vice president.
The event ended up not selling enough tickets and was delayed along with the five-figure price tag for donors to have their picture taken with a sitting public servant.
Nevertheless, those who want a photo with Harris and have $5,000 to burn, amid increasing inflation and skyrocketing gas prices, have another shot at getting their picture taken with Harris after the DNC reportedly slashed the price ahead of Harris’ June fundraiser in her home state of California, according to Puck News.
TRUMP POINTS (MIDDLE) FINGER AT BIDEN AS PRO-HAMAS DEMONSTRATIONS DESTROY THE IVY'S
DNC deputy communications director Daniel Wessel explained to Fox News Digital that the leading Democratic body works with their "hosts and fundraisers to set specific ticket prices for each event."
"As has always been the case, there are a variety of ticket levels for every event as is pretty standard for finance events," Wessel stated. "We’ve raised record amounts of money with help from both Vice President Harris and President Biden, so we’re going to continue to do what clearly works well for the party and our donors."
