A new survey from Issues & Insights and TIPP discovered that roughly 53 percent of blue voters blame Biden, his administration, and his agenda for May’s 8.6 percent year-over-year increase in essential goods and services costs that are plaguing Americans.
As a matter of fact, according to I&I, every race, age, income, and education group except for self-proclaimed “liberals” overwhelmingly “felt Biden’s policies caused the current inflation mess.”
Generally, 64 percent of American adults announced they believe Biden shoulders the responsibility for skyrocketing prices. Of that 64 percent, most (38 percent) announced Biden is “very responsible” and 26 percent said the Democrat is “somewhat responsible.”

Just 8 percent of those surveyed announced they thought Biden was “not at all responsible” for the country’s economic woes.
Despite Americans’ widespread notion that the country's money troubles were caused by Biden, the White House refuses to take responsibility for them. Biden declares that Russia’s Vladimir Putin is to blame for record-high gas prices and increasing costs in the U.S., yet Americans aren’t buying it.

No matter how many times White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre lies that the “economy is in a better place than it has been historically,” Democrats, Republicans, and Independents know excessive federal spending and government-induced supply chain issues are only a recipe for economic disaster.
A LOOK INSIDE DEMOCRATS' PLAN TO WIN BACK THE HOUSE WITH RECORD INVESTMENT
According to the same survey, roughly two-thirds of U.S. adults announced they thought “too much federal spending made inflation worse.”
Americans’ disapproval of inflation doesn’t bode well for Biden, whose overall average job approval rating currently sits at 39.7 percent. Nor does it bode well for Democrats going into midterms where a majority of Americans argue their top voting priority will be the state of the economy.
And once again, Democrats, Republicans and independents were in general agreement, with 52% of Dems stating that federal spending made inflation worse, as opposed to 86% of Republicans and 69% of independents.

Indeed, of all the major demographic groupings followed by the I&I/TIPP Poll, only one was below 50%: Self-described liberals. Only 46% of that grouping felt Biden’s policies were responsible for pushing inflation higher.
That compares to 86% for self-described conservatives, and 63% for those who call themselves moderates.
FOX NEWS COLUMNIST TEARS APART MTG'S "RECKLESS AGENDA"
For the record, the question the I&I/TIPP Poll questioned came in response to recent White House claims that uncontrollable forces outside of their policies were to blame for the upsurge in inflation.
Biden and his spokespeople have steadfastly denied any responsibility for the increase in inflation and announced a recession was “not inevitable.”
