The Democratic National Committee (DNC) cut their price for a picture with Vice President Kamala Harris at a women’s forum amid the veep’s cratering approval rating.

Harris was supposed to appear at the DNC’s Women’s Leadership Forum this year as a headliner with a reported $15,000 price tag for a picture with the vice president.

The event ended up not selling enough tickets and was delayed along with the five-figure price tag for donors to have their picture taken with a sitting public servant.

Although, those who want a picture with Harris and have $5,000 to burn, amid increasing inflation and increasing gas prices, have another shot at getting their picture taken with Harris after the DNC reportedly cut the price ahead of Harris’ June fundraiser in her home state of California, according to Puck News.

DNC deputy communications director Daniel Wessel explained to Fox News Digital that the leading Democratic body works with their "hosts and fundraisers to set specific ticket prices for each event."

"As has always been the case, there are a variety of ticket levels for every event as is pretty standard for finance events," Wessel announced. "We’ve raised record amounts of money with help from both Vice President Harris and President Biden, so we’re going to continue to do what clearly works well for the party and our donors."

Conversely, Will O'Grady, a spokesperson for the Republican National Committee (RNC), said to Fox News Digital that if "Democrats focused on fighting skyrocketing costs facing Americans like they do cutting prices on a photo with Kamala Harris, inflation wouldn't be a problem."

Furthermore, RNC deputy national press secretary Nicole Morales tweeted that "Americans may not be able to afford gas or groceries anymore, but at least taking a picture with Kamala is on clearance!"

The clearance price on a picture with Harris comes as she faces a plunging 39 percent approval rating, three points lower than her boss’ approval rating.

Harris has met political fires since her rocky beginning in the West Wing — fires that have seen her alienated from the rest of the White House as President Joe Biden tries to convince voters to back Democrats over Republicans ahead of a GOP-favored primary.

Harris’ tumultuous begin to her term has been racked with controversies and relative inaction on matters she has been placed in charge of, like with the southern border that is still in crisis.

Furthermore, Harris’ habit of laughing when addressing critical issues, such as the border, seems to have alienated her with voters who take these matters seriously.

Nevertheless, media pundits have been quick to jump to Harris' defense, with MSNBC's Joy Reid arguing Harris has been treated unfairly by the "white" and "male" media.
