'Dr. Oz should declare victory,' Trump wrote on his social media site, Truth Social, on Wednesday. 'It makes it much harder for them to cheat with the ballots that they "just happened to find."'
The Republican Senate primary race in Pennsylvania is still too close to call Wednesday as roughly 2,500 ballots separate Oz and McCormick, with over95 percent of the vote in the state reporting.
The nail-biting race will see whether Trump was able to propel the television doctor to the U.S. Senate for a state where Oz does not reside and after a flurry of denouncement over him being an outsider to the state.

On Wednesday, Trump further described the election in Pennsylvania as a "mess" while repeating his fraud allegations from the 2020 presidential election, where he lost by just 1.2 percent to President Joe Biden in the swing state.
"Here we go again!" the former president wrote on Truth Social. "In Pennsylvania, they are unable to count the Mail-In Ballots. It is a BIG MESS."

"Our Country should go to paper ballots, with same-day voting. Just done in France, zero problems. Get Smart America!!!" he declared in another post.
While McCormick and Oz are still neck-and-neck over 15 hours after polling places closed, Kathy Barnette is in third with only 24.8 percent of the vote and almost 100,000 votes behind both her Republican primary contenders.

Barnette, although reviewing a bump in the polls as election day neared, stayed in third place all Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Returns showed McCormick - the conservative candidate shunned by Trump - taking an early lead over Oz, who the ex-president endorsed in April.

As the night wore on, Oz got within striking distance of McCormick, overtaking his count after midnight.
"We're not going to have a resolution tonight. But we can see the path ahead, we can see victory ahead, and it's all because of you," McCormick explained to a crowd in Pittsburgh around 11:30 p.m.

Oz came onstage in Newtown, Pennsylvania roughly 15 minutes later and made the same promise.

"We are not going to have a result tonight. When all the votes are tallied I am confident we will win," Oz stated. "We are making a ferocious charge, but when it's this close, what do you expect? Everything about this campaign has been tight."
