Biden Border Failure Is Now Impacting US Cities As San Diego Suffers Record Rapes By Illegals

A man that came into the U.S. illegally who had been beforehand jailed in 2017 for sexual assault against a child was caught again on Wednesday by San Diego Sector Border Patrol.

It was the 25th arrest of this kind since the start of the new fiscal year, reaching the record high reported last year.

The man had been deported to Mexico after finishing his term. He now faces felony charges for illegal re-entry.

“I commend our agents for their steadfast protection of America,” stated Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke. “Apprehending predators like these makes our communities safer.”

Administrators in the San Diego Sector started tracking the annual apprehension of sex offenders in the 2019 fiscal year.

The sector covers 60 miles of border with Mexico as well as 114 miles along California’s Pacific coast.

Just 25 illegal immigrant sex offenders were arrested throughout the entire 2020 fiscal year. That number was broken within the first five months of fiscal year 2021, reported U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Border Patrol found the 34-year-old Mexican national while patrolling the Otay Mountain Wilderness, roughly a mile and a half north of the border. He subsequently confessed to his illegal presence in the United States.

The operators then discovered he had a criminal record from 2017, when a Nevada judge gave him four years in jail for lewd conduct with a child.

He is now suffering more charges for re-entering illegally after having been deported.

“I commend our agents for their steadfast protection of America,” announced Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke. “Apprehending predators like these makes our communities safer.”

On Thursday, Texas state Rep. Bryan Slaton (R-Canton) submitted a bill proposing the border wall construction started under former President Donald Trump be finished by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Slaton announced that the actions taken by President Joe Biden shouldn’t hinder the construction of the wall along the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas.

“President Trump fought to bring real border security and was opposed by Republicans and Democrats in Congress. While hundreds of miles of new wall were built under his leadership, the Biden administration has already ceased border wall construction,” Slaton stated, reported The Texan.

“It is time for Texas to stand up and finish the work that President Trump started. Let’s finish building the border wall now,” he continued.

Of course, the matter drew criticism on social media, one user wrote on Twitter: “Biden first month in office: Bombed Syria, Raised gas prices, Opened out borders to illegal immigrant, Opened migrant facilities aka cages again, Canceled trumps program deporting sex offenders, Promised for cancel student debt but never did.”
