The Emoluments Clause [ARTICLE I, SECTION 9, CLAUSE 8] says, “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
On Wednesday, Conyers told Reuters, "Trump has conflicts of interest in at least 25 countries, and it appears he’s using his presidency to maximize his profits.” Not surprisingly, no Republicans are joining in on the lawsuit, though Blumenthal welcomes them. Fat chance of that happening. The Democrats are still unable to accept the results of the November election, so they're doing everything in their power to nullify them.
