Bill Maher slammed "the woke world we live in," joking about the fact even James Bond movies are now "p**sified."

Maher, who remains a moderate Democrat, has continued to slam woke politics in his comedy, suggesting even Bond has now gone woke, spinning a yarn about a long, lost time.

"This was back in the day when James Bond was allowed to, like, f*ck hot chicks," Maher told Hannah Stocking on last week's "Club Random Podcast," adding woke movie makers have truly "p*ssified him.

"On this one – it's so pathetic – he literally takes his girlfriend and her daughter on his mission to save the world. He practically stops off at Target to buy tampons on the way to the underground lair."

Maher was citing the 1999 Bond film "The World Is Not Enough," comparing Stocking to the attractive Dr. Christmas Jones played by Denise Richards, but mourning the 2021 "No Time to Die" was made in a woke world.

"It's because that's what this is, the woke world we live in," Maher told Stocking. "But back in that day, Dr. Christmas and Denise Richards was hotter than the sun, still is."

Maher had some thoughts in January about the status of comedy in America.

The comedian also explained the difference he sees between liberals and the so-called “woke” ones.

In January, talking to the Alabama outlet AL.com, Maher told he likes performing in red states.

“I attract mostly a liberal crowd, but liberal is different than woke,” the “Real Time with Bill Maher” host said. “To me, woke, if we want to use that broad term, is something that is not an extension of liberalism.”

“It’s very often the opposite of what an old-school liberal like me believes. I’ve never been someone who was part of any specific party, per se. I usually vote Democratic, but it depends on the person,” he added. Maher continued, “Certainly in the age of [Donald] Trump, they’re never going to get me there with the Republicans. But there are many Republicans who are not Trump Republicans. And they have a good point, that there is that faction of the left that we will call ‘woke’ who’s gone off the deep end.”

He then touched on a recent show he did in Nashville, Tennessee, where he saw that his audience was split between conservatives and liberals. “I must say, in this era of a lack of bipartisanship, where everything is binary,” Maher explained, “gender may not be binary, but politics sure is right now.”
