Joy Behar told her co-hosts on The View Thursday that "DINO," or Democrat in name only, Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) "derailed" President Joe Biden's "promising" agenda.

As the ladies started talking about what is Biden's next step in protecting abortion rights should be, they doubted whether he can do it on his own. "Why do you blame Biden?" Behar asked, referring to the recent Supreme Court decision that overturned the precedent set in Roe v. Wade. "Biden had a promising agenda, and it was derailed by — by the DINOs, the DINOs in Congress: Manchin and Sinema — Manchinema. Let’s call them Manchinema from now on.”

“Some Democrats are reportedly frustrated that President Biden isn’t doing more to fight back,” fellow host Whoopi Goldberg prefaced the conversation.

“What more do you want to see him do?” she asked. “To blame Biden — the guy is trying. He put a black woman on the Supreme Court. That was good," said Behar.

Goldberg then suggested that Biden pack the Supreme Court, adding, "I'm a huge fan of the Supreme Court. Had a lot of faith in them. I don’t have faith in them now, because I’m afraid that politics is now the way to go and not the law.”

"I’m talking about expanding the court," she told viewers. “I still don’t understand why the Democrats and why Joe Biden is not whipping up the Democrats to change the filibuster to get to 50 so that they can codify Roe,” host Sunny Hostin chimed in.

“Because Manchinema will not allow it. Isn’t that correct?" Behar responded.

“He needs to lean on them, because they are still Democrats," Hostin explained.

"Democrats have had 50 years to codify this. They knew it was a vulnerable decision by the Supreme Court, which is why it ruled the day in every Supreme Court nomination hearing,” added host Sara Haines.

Fellow host Ana Navarro, however, differed, saying, “I hate the idea of blaming the Democrats for what’s happening in the Supreme Court."

Goldberg noted reporting that some Democrats were frustrated with Biden over his initial response to the ruling. One strategist told the outlet that there "needs to be more fight" from leaders like Biden.

Frequent guest host Ana Navarro said Biden "can't snap his fingers and make this go away" and that "elections have consequences," referring to former President Donald Trump's nominations to the Supreme Court.

"Republicans got in line, and I know a lot of conservative Republicans, a lot of Christian Republicans who didn’t like Trump as much as I dislike him but voted for him because he was going to give them the Supreme Court, and he did," Navarro said.
