Pomona College, American University, and the University of Georgia have also suspended student activists for causing disruptions.

These actions signal a broader societal shift, a return to the rule of law, respect for authority, tolerance of difference, and civil behavior. These are the core American values that, in recent years, have been sidelined in favor of placating activist intolerance.

The path is fraught with challenges, as evidenced by the April 15 protests where activists used their bodies to blockade airports, bridges, and highways across the country. Claire Shipman, the board of trustees co-chair at Columbia University, provided further evidence of this trend during her testimony before the House Committee on Education & the Workforce. Yale University, for instance, warned its protesters of consequences and promptly arrested over 40 students.
