Overnight, three individuals were victims of separate shooting incidents in Brooklyn and Queens, according to police reports.

In the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, a 66-year-old man was shot in the right cheek at the intersection of Lewis Avenue and Pulaski Street around 3:25 a.m. on Saturday, as reported by the police. The victim was transported to Kings County Hospital and is currently in stable condition. The authorities have yet to make any arrests in connection with the incident.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) disclosed that the shooter is an acquaintance of the victim. The assailant, who was reportedly clad in a red hoodie and black leather jacket, made his escape in a small red car, possibly bearing Carolina license plates.

In a separate incident in Queens, a club became the scene of a shooting less than an hour later. According to the police, a man in his 20s was shot in the left leg, while a 56-year-old man sustained a graze wound to his head at the club located at 9112-144th Pl. in Jamaica around 4:20 a.m. Both victims were rushed to Jamaica Medical Center and are in stable condition. The authorities have not made any arrests, and the motive behind the shooting remains unclear. The NYPD noted that the younger victim was "highly uncooperative."

These incidents underscore the ongoing issue of gun violence in the city, with the authorities continuing their investigations to bring the perpetrators to justice.
