During a recent Al-Quds Day rally in Dearborn, Michigan, protestors were recorded chanting "Death to America" and "Death to Israel."

The event, which has been held in Dearborn for the past two decades on the final Friday of Ramadan, was captured on video, revealing the fervor of the crowd and the sentiments expressed by the speakers.

Tarek Bazzi, an activist from the Hadi Institute, addressed the crowd, explaining the anti-American sentiment that pervades these protests. "We have been asked in the past why our protests on the international day Al-Quds, why are they so anti-American? Why don't we just focus on Israel and not talk so much about America?" Bazzi posed to the crowd.

He then proceeded to answer his own question, attributing the anti-American sentiment to the U.S. government's financial support of Israel. "Gaza has shown the entire world why these protests are so anti-American," Bazzi declared. "Because it's the United States government that provides the funds for all of the atrocities that we just heard about."

Bazzi also invoked the words of Imam Khomeini, who established the International Al-Quds Day. "This is why he would say to pour all of your chants and all of your shouts upon the head of America," Bazzi quoted. As he spoke, the crowd began to chant "Death to America!"

Bazzi's criticism extended beyond President Joe Biden, whom he referred to as "Genocide Joe." He argued that the entire system is at fault. "It is the entire system that has to go," Bazzi insisted. "Any system that would allow such atrocities and such devilry to happen, and would support it – such a system does not deserve to exist on God’s Earth."

The activist also claimed that "Death to Israel" has become "the most logical chant" globally. As he spoke, the crowd echoed his words, chanting "Death to Israel." The video concluded with the crowd singing the "From the River to the Sea" rallying cry, a call for the elimination of the Jewish nation.

Dearborn, which has the highest number of Muslim residents per capita in the county, has been hosting the International Al-Quads Day pro-Palestinian rally for the last 20 years. Michigan State Representative Phil Green (R) expressed his concern to Fox News, stating, "This type of extremism, this type of rhetoric, this type of division, threats of violence, was a Middle East thing, it seems like a lot of that was limited to the Middle East, and now it’s come to our doorstep."
