Reportedly, Reuters correspondents present at the scene in the Syrian capital witnessed smoke billowing from the remains of a structure decimated in the airstrike.
When questioned about the incident, an Israeli military spokesperson informed Reuters, "We do not comment on reports in the foreign media."

The Israel Defense Forces disclosed that the operation targeted a "Hezbollah military structure" in Nabatieh, resulting in the deaths of Aldbas, his deputy commander Ibrahim Issa, and another militant.
