In a frantic attempt to raise funds, former President Donald Trump has issued a plea to his supporters titled "Keep your filthy hands off Trump Tower!".

The urgency of this appeal is underscored by the looming Monday deadline for Trump to pay his $464 million bond in a New York fraud judgment against him.

The fundraising email reads, "Insane radical Democrat AG Letitia James wants to SEIZE my properties in New York. THIS INCLUDES THE ICONIC TRUMP TOWER!" This statement reflects Trump's concern over the potential seizure of his properties, including the iconic Trump Tower, by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump's legal team informed an appeals court earlier this week that their client has been unable to raise the necessary funds to cover the bond. They cited the difficulty in finding a surety company willing to assist them as a "practical impossibility."

In a recent interview with WABC, Trump indicated his support for a 15-week federal abortion ban, a stance he had previously avoided clarifying. "The number of weeks now, people are agreeing on 15, and I'm thinking in terms of that, and it'll come out to something that's very reasonable," Trump stated. He added that exceptions should be made in cases of rape, incest, and when the mother's life is at risk. However, he stopped short of making this a policy, stating that he would announce a specific timeframe "at the appropriate time."

President Joe Biden's re-election campaign reported an additional $21 million in donations in February, according to its latest report filed with the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday. This brings the campaign's total cash on hand to $71 million. Combined with the Democratic National Committee, they have an estimated $97.5 million in cash, more than double the $44.8 million that Trump and the Republican National Committee have in their coffers.

In other news, Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos over an interview in which the host referred to the sexual assault of E Jean Carroll as "rape".

In Ohio, Bernie Moreno won the GOP nomination for U.S. Senate on Monday, marking the second candidate to be carried to victory by Trump's endorsement in the state in two years. This victory underscores Trump's continued influence, particularly in the Midwest and in states where he has had less direct conflict with state Republican leaders.

Trump has also stirred controversy with his comments about Jewish Democrats, stating that "any Jewish person that votes for Democrats... [hates] everything about Israel". These comments reveal Trump's intention to use the conflict between Israel and Hamas to criticize President Joe Biden as the 2024 election approaches.

Lastly, Trump has asked the Supreme Court to grant him total immunity from criminal charges he's facing in his federal election interference case, arguing that such protection is integral to the future of the U.S. presidency.
