Moore, who previously caused controversy by offering free Fentanyl to locals, has once again become a topic of discussion in the community.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Moore revealed that following his conviction for creating a public nuisance in December, he served time in jail and was released in early March. Despite being convicted of a "public nuisance charge" last year, Moore has returned to Argonne Playground, located just 25 yards away from where young children were playing under the supervision of their caretakers.
In an interview with the Chronicle, Moore explained his return, stating, "I am here because I was pushed here." He cited his status as a convicted sex offender, as indicated in Santa Cruz County court records showing a conviction for lewd acts with a minor under 14 in 1997, as the reason he could not stay in Santa Cruz.

While the length of Moore's sentence remains unconfirmed by the district attorney's office, Supervisor Connie Chan's aide assured that they are closely monitoring the situation through Capt. (Chris) Canning. City park rangers have approached Moore but found no evidence of him violating any park rules or causing disturbance to parkgoers.

Despite the shocking nature of his actions, Moore insisted to the Chronicle that it was not a joke. Concerned parents and authorities, including the San Francisco Police Department, Supervisor Chan, and Mayor London Breed, have yet to respond to requests for comments on the situation.
