One official within the administration revealed that "no one is safe" from Biden's outbursts, prompting aides to often meet with him in groups of two or more in order to diffuse potential tension.
Some of the President's go-to attacks reportedly include phrases such as "How the f--- don't you know this?" and "Don't f---ing bulls--- me!" However, aides have framed these outbursts as a reflection of Biden's desire for accuracy and competence.
They claim that many see being shouted at by the President as a rite of passage, with Ted Kaufman, Biden's former chief of staff, stating, "It's not to embarrass people, it's because he wants to get to the right decision. Most people who have worked for him like the fact that he challenges them and gets them to a better decision."

This is not the first time reports from within Biden's circle have contradicted his carefully curated public persona as "Uncle Joe." In a previous incident, Biden was caught on a hot mic referring to Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy as a "stupid son of a b----."

The recent report comes at a time when Biden is facing criticism from conservatives who argue that his latest gaffe revealed sensitive U.S. military information to global adversaries. During a Sunday interview, Biden defended his administration's decision to send cluster munitions to Ukraine, describing it as a "transition period" until more munitions are produced. However, this statement has raised concerns about the President inadvertently disclosing classified information.
Conservative communicator Steve Guest expressed his dismay on Twitter, stating, "Joe Biden broadcasting to the world that the U.S. is low on 155mm shells. Moron. Does Biden not care that our adversaries in China are listening?"
In response to the criticism, the White House assured that the U.S. and its allies will soon have higher production levels of munitions.
