Ballard emphasized that he had extensively studied the party's literature and referred to their beliefs as the "pedophile network doctrines."

While Ballard clarified that he was not suggesting collusion between transgender activists and pedophiles, he argued that they share a similar dark source. He claimed that pedophiles are taking advantage of the left's agenda in America, as policies are being implemented that enable children to make decisions about their bodies without parental consent.
Ballard cited recent examples, such as a law in Washington state that allows children to seek sex changes or other medical procedures without informing their parents or law enforcement. He also mentioned a California law that enables judges to keep men who prey on underage children off sex-offender registries.

Ballard stressed that both transgender activists and pedophiles argue that children can consent to destructive and sexual acts. He warned that legitimizing these beliefs through policy decisions and laws that allow children to undergo procedures that harm their reproductive systems or alter their genitalia will ultimately lead to the acceptance of children consenting to acts based on their age.

In addition to the left's pursuit of social deregulation, Ballard argued that their support for open borders has contributed to an "economy of pedophilia." He pointed out that over 150,000 unaccompanied minors were encountered crossing the U.S.-Mexico border last fiscal year, with thousands of them being under 5 years old. Ballard explained that traffickers provide these children with the name of a sponsor, who is then contacted by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The HHS delivers the children to the sponsors without conducting background checks or DNA tests, facilitating the last leg of a child-trafficking event.

Ballard criticized the Biden-Harris border policy, stating that it has resulted in $14 million a day landing in the pockets of smugglers and traffickers. He argued that the only compassionate policy is border enforcement, including barriers and walls, as they guide children who are being harmed towards rescue. Ballard claimed that trained men and women in uniform are present at the ports of entry, where the children want to go for safety.
