These photos were reportedly discovered on a laptop that has gained notoriety as the "laptop from hell" and were subsequently uploaded to the internet by Garrett Ziegler's nonprofit organization, Marco Polo.
According to the Daily Mail, one of the images appears to show Hunter Biden holding a crack pipe while behind the wheel of his Ford Raptor.

On August 1 of that same year, Hunter Biden allegedly recorded himself driving at a speed of 172 miles per hour in his Porsche while on his way to Las Vegas.

The purpose of his trip was reportedly to engage in extended encounters with sex workers. Text messages and webcam videos found on the laptop suggest that he had been coordinating with a group of women to meet him at various penthouse suites in Sin City over a period of nearly three weeks.

Hunter Biden has openly acknowledged his struggles with substance abuse. In his memoir, Beautiful Things, he candidly discusses the impact of his addiction.
He even admits to being involved in an accident as a result of his drug habits.

In October 2016, while on a 12-day binge, Hunter Biden was en route to a recovery center in Arizona when he "nodded off behind the wheel" of his rented vehicle and veered off the road.
He describes waking up in midair, with the car having jumped a soft curb on the passing lane and soaring at a speed of 80 miles per hour into the gulch that divided I-10.

He attributes the incident to being "amped up" from his drug use, including chain-smoking crack and cigarettes while on the road.
Hunter Biden admits to misleading the rental company about the accident, omitting any mention of drugs in his report and instead blaming the damage on another driver. He then rented another vehicle and continued his journey to Arizona.
