The incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Tuesday and was captured on camera by a witness.
According to reports, the driver of a Holden Astra was seen driving erratically and tailgating a sedan before attempting to overtake it. However, the maneuver went awry, causing the Astra to drive up the side of the sedan. The shocking moment was caught on camera, showing the Astra flipping onto its roof.
Incredibly, the driver of the Astra then emerged from the overturned vehicle and allegedly brandished a knife, threatening the other motorist. The witness filming the incident can be heard expressing their shock, saying, "Oh my god, bet he regrets that."

As the situation escalated, the driver of the sedan, who had also exited their vehicle, began to flee. Meanwhile, other drivers on the road stopped their vehicles and intervened, helping to separate the two individuals involved. They waited for the police to arrive at the scene.

Victoria Police swiftly responded to the incident and arrested a 50-year-old man from Morwell. He has since been charged with a range of offenses, including reckless conduct endangering serious injury, driving in a dangerous manner, careless driving, criminal damage, unlawful assault, assault with a weapon, and possessing a controlled weapon.

Remarkably, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The arrested man has been released on bail and is scheduled to appear at Dandenong Magistrate's Court on November 3.
