It remains unclear what the senator meant by referring to a "jewel" in this context.

Furthermore, Senator Fetterman mentioned an "inflation infruc [sic] bill" that would ensure the reconstruction of bridges across America. It is unclear whether he referred to the infrastructure bill signed in 2021 or the Inflation Reduction Act signed in December 2022.
