Whoopi Goldberg, co-host of "The View," recently demanded conservatives cease discussing Hillary Clinton's email scandal following the indictment of former President Donald Trump on 37 felony counts for allegedly mishandling classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago.

During Wednesday's episode of "The View," Goldberg expressed her frustration, stating, "I don't want to hear any more people talking about what Hillary did, I don't want to hear any more talk about what other people have done. Because none of them, not one of them, has said 'no' to any of the inquiries, no matter how poorly they were fashioned or questioned. Nobody fought it."

Goldberg emphasized that others found with classified documents had been open and transparent with investigators, saying, "That's what I want. I don't want to hear, 'Well, Hillary!'" in a mocking tone.

Although classified documents were also discovered in President Biden's former office space in November 2022 and his Delaware home in December, Goldberg argued that Biden should not be held responsible.

"I don't want to hear that anymore! I don't want to hear people talk about, 'Well, Biden did it.' Biden was not the president, y'all! He was the vice president," Goldberg stated, asserting that former President Obama would have been responsible for declassifying documents.

According to federal law, vice presidents can classify and declassify documents.

Goldberg maintained that the situation with Trump was different, exclaiming, "The man broke the law. He's on tape!"

In response to Trump's indictment, Hillary Clinton took to Twitter to mock her former political opponent. She promoted merchandise from her organization's gift shop featuring the phrase, "BUT HER EMAILS."

During an FBI raid at Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence last summer, classified documents were found. Clinton had previously denied having any classified emails on her private server. However, a 2018 IG report revealed the presence of 193 classified emails on her remote server during her tenure as Secretary of State.

In 2015, Clinton was investigated by the FBI for possessing classified information on her private email server at home. Then-FBI Director James Comey publicly stated that Clinton mishandled classified information, but he did not recommend prosecution, and the Justice Department did not proceed with charges.
