A University of Pittsburgh professor did not receive the respect that he might have hoped for when speaking in front of an audience of students when he failed to answer a simple question.

The Gateway Pundit reports that an Anthropology professor named Gabby Yearwood could not answer a simple biological question about former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines.

Turning Point USA hosted the March 27 event in which they are backing up Riley Gaines in her quest to try to protect women’s sports from having trans athletes take over the entire sport, given some of the genetic advantages that they naturally possess.

Riley Gaines became a national figure when she called out the fact that William “Lia” Thomas participated in women’s swimming events. William “Lia” Thomas is a biological male, and many say this gives Thomas a major advantage over the other athletes competing in the swimming competition.

Speaking to Yearwood, Gaines asked if he could tell the difference between male bones and female bonds if he dug them up 100 years from now. Yearwood replied that he could not tell the difference, and the students gathered there laughed directly in his face.

Yearwood appeared to be completely taken aback by the reaction of the students. He is the so-called expert on these matters, and it seems that he was unprepared for the mocking laughter of the students assembled at the event.

He replied: “I’m not sure why I’m being laughed at if I’m the expert in the room.” and “Have any of you been to anthropological sites? Have any of you studied biological anthropology? I’m just saying, I’ve got over 150 years of data; I’m just curious as to why I’m being laughed at.”

Of course, there are obvious ways to tell the difference between male and female bones, but the professor doesn’t seem to want to recognize this fact. He would rather prevent admitting this to keep his political views intact, even if they fly directly in the face of the reality of the world around us.

Gaines spoke with the Daily Wire after the exchange and said: “Every rational person knows the answer: men have narrower hips, their skulls are different, they have an extra rib, their femurs are longer, and their jaws are different.

When he said ‘No,’ it highlighted that even someone with a Ph.D. was willing to lie to virtue signal or put off this perception that sex is a social construct, which we know is not the case.”
