Ohio has been through a rough patch with the train derailment in East Palestine.

However, it has allowed business owners to show their true colors. These companies have gathered together to pull their weight and provide people in the area with the help they require to get through this.

The Daily Caller reports that business leaders in the area have pulled together to try to support the local community amid the call to do this by former President Donald Trump. He wanted to see people come together and agree to pull their weight to ensure they were doing everything possible to get this community back on its feet.

Trump visited East Palestine, Ohio himself, to donate pallets of water and cleaning supplies for residents in the area. A Norfolk Southern train derailed in that area in early February and spilled toxic chemicals. Therefore, many people are now concerned about the sanitation situation in their homes and communities. This is why Trump’s helping hand couldn’t possibly come at a better time.

Many people are incredibly grateful that the former President showed up in the area and provided his support. The Daily Caller also reported that a Florida moving company stepped in to help deliver some of the water needed in this community. Also, a honey company sold its products to help raise money for the community. They were all working toward the same goal.

John Rourke, the owner of Blue Line Moving Company, spoke with the Daily Caller and said that he had partnered with Oklahoma movers to deliver water because he wanted to make sure he could deliver water to the people who need it the most. Rourke delivered 13 pallets to the people of East Palestine, Ohio. Nine of those pallets were donated by Trump, and four came from the Oklahoma movers.

Rourke said the following about it: “The people in America care about [East Palestine,]” and “They’re not forgotten. There are people other than government officials that actually care about American citizens in this country and want to do the right thing by the American citizens, and I just feel horrible for the people who live here because the government doesn’t have a good track record of doing what they say they’re going to do, taking care of people, so everybody hears all the things they are saying but I wanted to make sure that I could do my part.”

Seeing so many people coming together for a common purpose is excellent.
